Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our Online Store. By placing an order or becoming an active user of our site, you agree to the terms below and accept them as binding. This agreement is not filed, it is concluded exclusively in electronic form, and it cannot be retrieved later. It does not refer to any code of conduct.

All services listed on budapestrivercruise.hu can be ordered online. Services are provided on-site at the chosen time selected by the customer.

All displayed prices are in Hungarian Forint (HUF).


Ordering Information
Purchases can be made without registration. However, registration may be useful for quicker checkout in future transactions.


Order Processing
Orders are checked 24/7. Reservation confirmations are not immediate, but are usually approved within 12 hours after order placement. Product images may differ from actual appearance and may serve as illustrations. We reserve the right to reject confirmed orders partially or in full. Partial fulfillment will only occur after prior consultation with the customer. In the case of pre-paid items, the amount will be refunded to the sender in case of cancellation.


Steps of the Ordering Process

  1. Select the ticket option and preferred date for the service.
  2. Add the item to your cart. Click the “Delete” button to remove it. If quantity changes are not reflected automatically, click “Reload page” in your browser.
  3. Provide personal information on the checkout page.
  4. Choose a payment method: bank transfer or card payment via Stripe Inc.
  5. Click the “Order Now” button to finalize your purchase.
  6. After placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation.

Ordering is possible without registration. Registering enables quicker future purchases without re-entering billing and shipping details. Please ensure all data provided is accurate, as invoices and delivery will be based on it. Registration is required only once.


Physical Product Orders (e.g., Gift Vouchers)
Payment is due upon delivery to the courier. The total amount payable includes all charges, as reflected in your order summary and confirmation email. Invoices are sent electronically.
Please inspect the package in the presence of the courier. If you detect any damage, request a report and do not accept the package. Complaints without a courier report will not be accepted later.
Prepayment by bank card is also available. In this case, after clicking “Order Now,” you will be redirected to Stripe’s secure payment page.


Online Payment via Bank Card / Bank Transfer

Through budapestrivercruise.hu, you can pay securely via Stripe, either with an existing account or by creating a new one with your card details.
Security is ensured by data separation: the webshop only receives order-related data. Payment data is entered on Stripe’s encrypted page. The webshop does not receive or store this information at any time. Only Stripe and the relevant financial institutions have access to this information.
The webshop is only notified of the success or failure of the transaction and informs the customer accordingly.


Stripe Payment Process
After selecting a service and choosing Stripe as the payment method, clicking “Order Now” will redirect you to Stripe’s secure page.Enter your account or card details, then confirm the payment.
You will be redirected back to vacsorahajo.hu and receive confirmation of your order and transaction ID by email. If you are not redirected, the transaction is considered unsuccessful.
Clicking “Back” or “Refresh” or closing the browser window before redirection also results in a failed transaction. For details on failed payments, please contact your bank.


Direct Bank Transfer
When selecting this option, please transfer the total amount and your order ID to the bank account of Danube Cruises4You Kft. held at Unicredit Bank. Once the amount is received, our administrators will manually verify and approve the order within 12 hours. We cannot hold reservations for more than 24 hours without payment.


Right of Withdrawal / Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your booked service free of charge if you notify us in writing at least 72 hours before the scheduled time. In this case, 100% of the fee will be refunded.
Cancellations made within 72 hours of the service are non-refundable and considered forfeiture.

You may reschedule your booking up to 24 hours before the service without any additional cost.


Voucher Extension
If you were unable to use your voucher within 1 year from the date of purchase, we offer an extension for an additional fee. The extension costs 50% of the original voucher value.


Cruise-Specific Terms and Conditions
Some cruises listed on vacsorahajo.hu are fulfilled by third-party providers. In such cases, the terms and conditions published by the cruise operator apply.

Group Booking Cancellation Policy

For groups of 10 or more, the following cancellation terms apply to both online and offline (email or phone) reservations:

If an invoice or pro forma invoice has already been issued and paid, the following refund policy applies:

Danube Cruises4You Kft. acts as a reseller partner of Silverline Cruises Kft. and issues invoices to clients. Collected payments are held in a virtual account via Unicredit Bank or Stripe, and settled afterward with the program organizer.

Cancellation Refund Policy:
More than 30 days prior to the event: 5% cancellation fee + transaction costs borne by the customer. We do not accept responsibility for currency exchange differences; refunds are issued in HUF minus any applicable charges.
Within 30 days: 20% cancellation fee + transaction costs. Same currency conditions apply.
Within 14 days: 50% cancellation fee + transaction costs. Same currency conditions apply.
Within 72 hours: No refund for group bookings.


Exceptions to Cancellation Rules (valid for individual or family group bookings):
– Flight schedule changes
– Border closures
– Pandemic-related government restrictions (Note: Lack of travel documentation or entry requirements does not qualify)
– Serious illness
– Accidents or bereavement in the family
